The Problem
Companies bolt a chatbot onto an existing process and wonder why nothing changes. Or they hand a team a handful of AI tools and hope someone figures out how to connect them. The result is the same: expensive experiments that never become operational infrastructure.
The problem is architectural. AI isn't a feature you add. It's a layer of your operations that needs to be designed with the same rigour you'd apply to any system that your business depends on.
That's what I do.
How I Think About AI
They put a large language model at the centre and ask it to do everything. That works for a demo. It collapses at scale. Effective AI operations require architecture. Distinct layers, each doing what it does best.
Data & documents structured so AI can use them.
Most organizations skip this step. That's why their AI tools hallucinate or return nothing useful.
Predictable steps handled by code, not AI.
If a step follows the same logic every time, it shouldn't consume AI reasoning to execute it.
AI for what it's genuinely good at.
Reading unstructured documents, summarizing complexity, making judgment calls, drafting communications. Scoped reasoning, not open-ended conversation.
Humans direct work and stay in control.
Clear, minimal, focused on decisions rather than data entry.
What I Build
I map how work actually flows through your organization, the real flow, not the documented one, then design AI-powered workflows that handle the repetitive, multi-step processes your team shouldn't be doing manually.
Best for
Teams drowning in manual processes that follow predictable patterns.
Single AI agents are useful. Coordinated AI agents that work across multiple systems are transformational.
Best for
Organizations ready to move past chatbots into AI that takes action.
Not every operation is ready for AI, and not every problem needs it. I assess your current state and design a realistic path forward.
Best for
Established processes that work but haven't evolved. Tribal knowledge, tool sprawl.
Your tools should talk to each other. I design and implement integrations with AI orchestrating the connections.
Best for
Teams using multiple platforms that don't connect.
How I Work
How work actually moves through your organization. Not how the org chart says it should.
Built around your existing tools, team capabilities, and culture. If your team uses Outlook and Excel, we start there.
Same logic every time? That's code, not AI. Fast, predictable, cost-effective.
Documentation, governance, handover plan. My goal is to make myself unnecessary.
Who I Am

I'm an AI Operations Architect. I design and build the operational systems that let AI do real work inside organizations. Not just answer questions, but execute multi-step business processes: reading documents, extracting information, making routing decisions, drafting communications, coordinating across platforms, and reporting back, with humans in control of the decisions that matter.
This isn't consulting in the traditional sense. I architect systems at the level of data flow, workflow logic, and agent orchestration. I also implement them. Connecting AI to your email, your documents, your project management tools, and the processes that tie them together.
I come to this work from two decades of project and program leadership, managing complex, cross-functional initiatives in environments where competing priorities, established processes, and limited time are the norm. I hold a PMP certification and have spent years designing workflows, building governance frameworks, and leading operational change in organizations that can't afford to break what's already working while they evolve.
The AI landscape is full of technologists who don't understand operations and consultants who don't understand architecture. I sit at the intersection.
